$350 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE Per Player

The Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament will bring together community partners, local businesses, and arts supporters for a day of golf, fun, and philanthropy. Hosted at the exclusive Burnt Pine Golf Course, this event will raise funds to ensure ECTC can continue providing accessible arts education and outreach programs - including scholarships for youth programs, subsidized field trips for local schools, and professional Theatre for Young Audiences productions - to children and families across the Emerald Coast.

*Emerald Coast Theatre Company is a designated 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service.


Included for Players:

  • 18 holes at Burnt Pine Golf Course

  • Golf cart and range balls

  • ECTC swag bag/player gift 

  • Sandwich lunch bags (provided by tournament lunch sponsor before play at noon)

  • Post-event food (small bites by tournament restaurant sponsor during awards ceremony)

  • Access to Bloody Mary bar

  • Awards ceremony with entertainment by ECTC youth performers


Raffles and Prizes:

  • Raffle tickets: $20 for 2 tickets or $40 for 5 tickets

  • Proceeds benefit ECTC Kids via Educational Foundation

  • Two raffle prize winners will receive 2 free tickets on Producer’s Row to any Season 14 show

  • During the award ceremony, each team will be invited to a curated prize table, where each golfer will select a gift to take home—because everyone leaves a winner.
